Service Description

A Counsellor is a person trained to help you or someone you know with concerns or problems such as anxiety, depression, grief or relationship difficulties. Working with clients for short periods of time to help them reflect on and address practical and immediate issues in their lives. These problems could include grief, relationship or career issues, poor self-esteem, making difficult transitions such as a divorce or the birth of a new baby, and more. The aim of counselling is to relieve distress, improve coping ability, raise awareness and understanding of oneself and other people, and give an increased sense of well-being, where during the sessions we encourage our clients to draw and build on their own insights and skills to solve these issues and return to a better state of emotional wellbeing. For individual issues, I offer you a safe space and build a warm relationship with you to share your deepest thoughts and feelings about ANY aspect of your life. Cancellation Policy

Isadora Tantrica is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. 1. No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, Isadora Tantrica has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed. 2. FULL PAYMENT a) Your booking is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online or in person (having to pay an amount in advance to secure your spot) b) We do not reserve any service or product without payment. c) An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of booking and payment. This email serves as a confirmation of your booking. 3. CANCELLATION REQUEST a) Cancellation requests may be submitted 48 hours in advance by phone, email, or text message. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment, discounting the administration fee. b) If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact me at isadora.tantrica@gmail.com or 0477 408 891 4. REFUND POLICY a) Refund requests made more than 7 business days prior to the booking date, will be subject to an administration fee. b) Alternatively, you may request that the original booking fee be transferred to a future service or product of your choice. No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after the service is booked.
